Step 1: Write down ten interests, hobbies, or values that are important to you.

Examples: Religion/faith, family, creativity, being outside, honesty, organization…

Step 2: Now that you have ten interests and you had to prioritize just five of them, which five would you choose? Why?

Step 3: Now that you have your top five values and you had to prioritize just three of them, which three would you choose? Why?

Step 4: Now choose just one interest that is the most important to you.
